Building arched screen doors from scratch.
The finished front screen door.
It begins with rough lumber. African mahogany here.
After jointing and planing, large sections are cut to rough shape.
The sections are glued and clamped. Notice the blocks added at the clamp ends.
A router on a radial fixture is used to cut the arch.
The existing door next to the unfinished replacement.
There are actually two arched screen doors. One front and one side door.
